ALL APPOINTMENTS require a deposit of 30% of service and will be applied to your service at the time that the service is rendered. Advanced notice of cancellation of more than 24 hour notice, is required to hold your deposit, when rescheduling. Transfer of your deposit to Reschedule is allowed  one time. If a second cancellation is made on the same appointment, your deposit is no longer transferable nor refundable. If we do not receive at the least a 24 hour notice of cancellation, your deposit is non-refundable.

(no exceptions!) There is NO REFUND for Eyelash Extensions after application. We can provide the proper care to take your extensions off, if you wish to do so. There is a $35 charge.
